Curated by the brilliant Marilis & Christo, the Italian-inspired venue set the perfect stage for a slow, soulful afternoon. Chef Ivan from TOAST crafted a beautifully styled, beetroot-led menu featuring seasonal produce and a standout Wagyu picanha short rib that melted in the mouth.

Every dish was thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines and MCCs from Montpellier Wine Estate in Tulbagh - each sip enhancing the flavours on the plate in a seamless dance of taste.

Details like linen napkins naturally dyed with beetroot made the experience even more special - magic lies in the thoughtful touches. We were also joined by Suitcase & Chardonnay, whose storytelling eye added to the heart of the day.
